Welcome, my name is Elizabeth and I am a Wild Spiritual Companion and Guide, Apprentice to Earth, Midwife to Practice and Ritual, and Beloved of the Divine.
My desire is for individuals and community to find space to pay attention, experiment, get curious, and be embodied as you find your unique connection to the Divine. I believe our relationship to Earth and her rhythms provide a framework to ground our stories and understanding. I want everyone to deeply know their sacredness, wholeness and belonging.
My own journey into this rich well of wisdom continues to unfold and if you find yourself with similar desires, I would be honored if our paths overlapped.
SPIRITUAL COMPANIONSHIP for guides
As a spiritual companion, my deep longing is to offer sacred space for those who are companioning others. As a Guide you might find yourself wishing to be more present and engaged with the Divine, wanting to expand your connection to your soul by listening to your own inner teacher, needing to remember how truly sacred you are. Spiritual companionship is an invitation to slow down and find space where that is possible.
A companion walks alongside you as you pay attention to your life with the Divine. This invitation includes space for you to notice where the Divine is moving in you and in the Earth around you. A place to see what’s stirring and where questions, doubts, fears, uncertainties and cracks are welcomed. Time to be present and find permission to play and explore. Having a companion as you look deeper can provide support, reflection and witness to all that is sacred in you.
If you are a Guide, Space Holder, Spiritual Director, Teacher, Leader or Seeker I would love to hear about your journey and see if we want to explore together.
Maybe that is the difference between pastoral counselors and spiritual directors. We go to counselors when we want help getting out of caves. We go to directors when we are ready to be led farther in.

Sacred Wild
We are a spiritual community that finds connection to the Divine through experiences with each other and the Earth. We value your love for the Earth as it is intertwined with your love for the Divine. We take time to listen to ourselves, each other and the Wild.
We are currently meeting on either Saturday or Sunday of the 4th weekend of the month at different locations around Auburn/Opelika area of Alabama.
MEET ME
Weaving streams of Celtic and contemplative wisdom traditions, I fully embrace the sacredness of everything. I intentionally live in rhythm with Earth’s seasons and cycles in the eastern part of Alabama, tribal lands of the Muscogee Creek.
I have certifications from the Center for Wild Spirituality and the Haden Institute. I deeply believe in presence, embodied practice and experiment.
I have a sweet husband, three fabulous children and a playful cat named Stripes.
